Optionally log user groups and attributes

By setting the following environmental variables we can now log the user's groups and attributes:

KEYCLOAK_JSONLOG_SHOW_GROUPS="true"
KEYCLOAK_JSONLOG_SHOW_ATTRIBUTES="true"
