API is made using Python(2.7.11),OpenCV(3.1) and Django(1.9)

This API returns data in JSON format,which contains "success=True" if API runs successfully.
It returns co-ordinates of the rectangle (face) in the image as used by opencv(3.1)


Run server and then run test_api.py to see the desired result.
