Prebuilt Version

As requested, a pre-built version of Vanity and a quick example site that demonstrates the basic functionality.

Change the data in /_example/vanity/VanitySettings.json to configure the branding of the resulting gallery

run / examine the /_example/generate.bat file to create the gallery website in /_example/output using the images in /_example/input

this was a quickly hacked together release, there may well be bugs!
