Tip van @JustinRademaker1994 : zorg dat je niet meer op reload hoeft te drukken om het effect van wijzigingen in bestanden te zien.
3 veel gebruikte plugins op vscode kort getest
"ms-vscode.live-server" en "yandeu.live-server" en five-server
Alle drie werken, maar microsoft lijkt iets beter geintegreerd / prettiger te werken.
1 catch bij microsoft: de eerste keer moet de pagina geopend worden buiten het preview-venster.
Dit komt vanwege een issue microsoft/vscode-livepreview#111
Toegepaste work-around: automatisch openen van new browser window zodra port opent en in readme aangeven dat je de eerste keer 2x op Show Preview moet klikken
