Feature: Highlight More Hoppity's Collection Rabbits

Added a draggable list to highlight rabbits in Hoppity's collection with conditions,
Rewrote existing rabbit lore matching from onBackgroundDrawn, rabbits are cached in onInventoryOpen + added highlighting for shop/factory milestones, strays and abi.
Removed highlightRabbitsWithRequirement and onlyHighlightRequirementNotMet toggles
