This PR adds the following features:

  • Implement handling of Observables with the OdeModel so they can be output along with state variables
  • Methods at the Template and TemplateModel level to set rate laws based on strings or sympy Expressions. This makes it possible to avoid having to use SympyExprStr.
  • Implement photosynthesis model
