Update the following dependencies:

• @databricks/sql from 1.1.0 to 1.8.1
• @opentelemetry/auto-instrumentations-node from 0.37.1 to 0.43.0
• mongodb from 4.16.0 to 4.17.2
• mongoose from 4.11.1 to 4.11.6
• mssql from 9.0.1 to 10.0.2
• nodemailer from 6.6.0 to 6.9.12
• nunjucks from 3.2.3 to 3.2.4
• zod from 3.20.6 to 3.22.4
• spectacle from 8.3.0 to 9.7.2
• Remove StoryBook and all related files

This fixes many potential bugs and security vulnerabilities

• Presentations (spectacle)
• Create a fact table (zod)
• Forgot password email (nunjucks + nodemailer)
• Create a MS SQL data source (mssql)
• Create a Databricks data source (@databricks/sql)
• Updating a feature (mongodb + mongoose)
• Enable open telemetry (@opentelemetry/auto-instrumentations-node)
• Use the PR Preview environment to view results for a sample experiment (Dockerfile)
• Deploy branch to Docker Hub (test resulting image size)
