Add user_ratings_total to the PlaceSearchResult

Currently, I am working on the project that requires extended usage of google maps API. I want to contribute and add the missing field that we find useful in our service (Seems like other people too - see issue #560 ).
I tried to follow the conventions and also added the test case for that.
