This pull request introduces changes to streamline the process of downloading and managing Polkadot binaries for the Zombienet environment. By default, the Polkadot version downloaded is
v1.11.0(before wasv0.9.42).New script for binary management:
zombienet/download_polkadot.sh: Added a new shell script to download Polkadot binaries. This script handles downloading, verifying, and setting execution permissions for the binaries, and provides instructions for setting theZOMBIENET_RELAYCHAIN_COMMANDenvironment variable.
