ECLViewer2

A GUI viewing the annotated spectra identified by ECL2.

The latest release:

Download and unzip the file. Double click ECLViewer2.exe to start the program.

Requirements:

Windows 7+
.Net Framework 4.5: Download and install it beforehand if does not exist.

Supported format:

Result file: ECL2's outputted csv files.
Spectra file: mzXML.
