This commit provides the features requested by issue #134 For watchpoints we now display the exception UI widget displaying any possible new/old values. For uncaught exception we attempt to imitate other debug adapters.
We only use this for "debugging" VSCode requests. Added todos Clean up Might as well clean some code up for this patch release.
