Icon-Logo Design Proposal: Please vote!

Hi Sir @stympy ,Good day! I am a graphic designer and I want to contribute to your great project by proposing an icon-logo design. If you like and want to use it, I will be gladly sending you the files as a gift to the project for free. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions. I saw that the project does not have a logo yet that's why i am proposing one.

I think this logo doesn't represent the core idea of the gem pretty well. Faker generates fake data for ruby developers, so if you're testing your software and need to work with fake data, you can use this library to get names, addresses, bank accounts and other fake information.

I think the concept behind should be focused on these words: information, data, software testing, agility.

This logo reminds me transit signals.

What if the “F” sort of fit into the coffee mug? For instance, the top of the F could be the top of the mug, the middle horizontal portion of the F was the top of the coffee, and the main portion of the F made up the side of the mug? Might be too awkward, but figured I would throw that out there!

I like the latter of the last two (the one with the white F), but I like it more with the mug handle of the other one.

Nice logos, @Tobaloidee. I liked the one with the white F too. For some reason it reminded me of the standard masks symbol associated with theater:

Maybe that could be something to think about, having a mask with the the light and shade forming an F. The mask seems to make sense with a library about faking information.

I like the idea of the masks. The coffee cup feels arbitrary to me, and doesn't really fit what Faker does.

Throwin 3 ideas at the wall:

Use the shadow to show something different

Show off all the different libraries in faker. (a small sever can serve up a random image each refresh)

This is fun. I'm no designer, so take this all with a grain of salt, but I like the idea of the drama masks. Maybe a combo of the last thing that @SpyMaster356 posted (where the mask forms an 'F'), except only the F instead of the full word, and the mask square that @Tobaloidee just posted. Though we probably want to stay away from a blue F, as others have stated. Maybe red or burgundy as a representation of ruby? I donno - excited to see other ideas. Thank you for the awesome idea and your time @Tobaloidee!

The "F-masks" are just amazing 😮 ... I think I prefer the less evil looking expression tho.

The idea of a different shadow font is also impressive and conveys the faker concept well 😎

Wow, the masks look great. I personally didn't mind the evil face, but the smiling version is equally beautiful. So my vote goes for the F masks with red background, no matter if good or evil.
