Why
Adding Manypkg to checks to the Expo workspace was an idea for a long time and latest refactors, clenanup and bumps reduced the list of problems significantly, so I thought it's a time to setup this draft, so the bump PRs will have a context.
How
This PR adds basic Manypkg check workflow to the CI.
Test Plan
Run the CI, it should fail!
