Updated EUDI wallet solutions with David
Updated all references of EUDI Wallet to Wallet Solutions, including references to Providers, Users, and Relying Parties. Some early formatting issues resolved.
Updated minor references to square brackets, deleting numbering
Removed references to "shall" and "should"
Changed to certification of Wallet Providers to Wallet Solution. Changed the "part thereof" to say "components".
Changed all references of risk "registry" to "register"
Significant changes to the Chapter to reflect the adoption of the CIR, take out any duplicates from CIR, be less technical and simplify the text.
