Either as a separate project or a flag for this one, it'd be great to have an IE9 (or, better yet, IE9+) linter :)

I think it could very well fit in the same project. What are some good resources for IE9+ incompatibilities for me to be able to sift through?

I don't know of too many, but http://quirksmode.org/dom/core/ (and other
pages there) is a reference I use a lot. Also jQuery's browser bug
workarounds - Google Docs
has links to things that jquery does for compat, which may be useful.
