Flesh out box emu schematic

Description

Added the following to the schematic:

• Battery charger
• GPIO expander
• ADC expander
• Haptic motor driver
• USB C receptacle

Motivation and Context

Will allow me to move from the nest of breadboard wires and dev boards to a nice single board that I can put into a housing and turn into a controller :)

How has this been tested?

It hasn't - it's a schematic. But it's fully annotated and synched with the preliminary pcb.
