Initial CAD development

Description

• Adding KiCad project with initial schematic (just PMOD + uSD + a few things)
• Adding dimensional drawing for joystick that I'm likely to use (https://www.adafruit.com/product/5628)
• Adding some initial mcad for buttons, dpad, uSD, and start of enclosure
• Add 3rd party CAD for GBC
