This repository contains codes and data for extrapolating air exposure time from temperature log data.

Script

This folder contains the R Markdown document, which has the complete code for the methodological workflow for converting time-stamped temperature data to exposure time data.

Validation data

This folder contains six data files with temperature and ligtht (lux) information. The data files also have tidal treatment information (subtidal, low intertidal, and high intertidal) and a date-time column. The data was collected from aquaculture experiments used to validate the method scripted in R. The experiment was held at Boomer By lease of Blue Lagoon Oysters, Tasmania, Australia.

Validation results

This folder contains daily and monthly air exposure summary files, ExpSUMM and monthly_ExpSUMM, respectively. There are additional columns relevant for further insight.
