Empty "Edit the machine" form after changing the workspace machine name

Reproduction Steps

• create workspace based on default "Java" stack with default "spring" project
• go to workspace details page
• open "Machines" tab
• click on "Edit" button in the "Actions" section on the machines list item
• in the opened "Edit the machine" form type to "Name" field the "test-machine" name value
• click on the "Cancel" button
• wait until form is closed
• click on "Edit" button in the "Actions" section on the machines list item
• pay attention to the field values of the opened "Edit the machine" form

Expected behavior:
The opened form has default values.

Observed behavior:
The opened form has empty fields
