Fixes --- - Updated docs (#107, #108) - Added Windows tests, refactored CI (#111, #112, #115) - We now filter out non-QPU jobs during data capture to comply with the latest dwave-cloud-client (#110) - Fixed blocking behavior on second and subsequent calls to `show()` (#104) - Fixed handling of duplicate problems.
