DocumentViewer uses hard coded page border and drop shadow colors #1518

DocumentGridPage renders pages in the DocumentViewer. If the ShowPageBorders property is true, a border and drop shadow are shown around the page.

Currently:

The page border and drop shadow use hard coded colors and sizes.
It is not possible to have a page border without a drop shadow.

These behaviors are undesirable when using custom themes.
