DevOS Alpha state

This is an operating system for developers called DevsOS.

• This is based on Debian 10 Buster.
• It has many of the tools that developers require.

This is an open-source linux Debian 10 based Operating system. Any members can contribute to this Operating system and can use this code to build their own operating system.

DevOS is in alpha state, i.e it is ustable. Presently we are building on Debian 10, in future we may use othe Linux Distros based on the conditions.
