DevCollaborative's copy of WP User Avatar 2.2.16
This plugin allows users to assign any image from the Media Gallery as a user avatar. Normally, user avatars are sourced from gravatar.com.
On the User edit screen, the plugin adds a "Profile Picture" section with a "Choose Image" button.
The plugins also adds an "Avatar" menu page, where Administrators may set a default user avatar image for all users
