Add descriptions for integrations.

• Some of the fields on integrations are not self-explanatory. e.g. filter_dbs on the postgres tap.

Describe the solution you’d like

In the json schema that we create for each integration we include a description for each field. Let's display these descriptions with the fields in the UI.

Can we render them next to the field name in gray. Maybe let's just do the same formatting as we do for the name field?

It's allowed for a field to not have description, so just don't show anything in that case.
