Provides a cosmwasm anchor for geodata object with its hash

• Docker (for integration test)

• build juno:

• create default test account

• run juno local node, deploy contract:

# in new terminal:
./scripts/optimize.sh

./scripts/local_deploy.sh
# this will access all endpoints from a dynamically from local juno instance.
