PR description:
Conditions to reduce Geant4 geometry problems are changed: upper energy threshold from 10 MeV to 100 MeV; max number of steps for a track from 50000 to 20000. This should reduce number of rare crashes in massive production.
Explicit dependence on Geant4 is added in BuildFile.xml for SimG4CMS/Calo/plugins
Both modifications should not change validation results.
