Another Bosh Dashboard for #508 . The bosh overview dashboard is a variant of Bosh Jobs. It had several metrics as well that were not emitted by prometheus. While the old did not show errors yet the automigrate migrated them nevertheless to a new type.

Tested by importing the template to another grafana and comparing the dashboards there.
