This PR will substitute the deprecated
storage.tsdb.retentionproperty tostorage.tsdb.retention.timeas mentioned in #296 .I decided to go with the
.timeinstead of_timeto be more flexible to addstorage.tsdb.retention.sizeto spec as soon as it leaves status experimental.
