Experimental

The test binaries are becoming out-of-date very quickly and they are a pain to keep synchronized.

scripts/ci/travis/make-and-install-test-binaries.rb will make and install the test binaries using the latest calabash-ios-server on the develop branch.

Drat! Requires code signing on travis which is non-trivial to set up. Scrapping this PR.
