Added column for expected project unit. Removed duplicate IfcPlaneAngleMeasure row.

The availability of enums associated with measure can be useful for the determination of the right conversion approach.
So I've added a documentation column that can help identify relevant project units.
Also, I've removed the duplicate IfcPlaneAngleMeasure row.
