removed shortoption -f from dummy --fallback, it clashed with -f|--filter

NOTHING IS ZERO

fixed issue where 0 was passed as width/height instead of workspace-width/height.

--include NOTHING

only change to this release is inclusion of commandline option --include|-i STRING which has no other effect than to be backwards compatible with the old i3menu.

NO ROFI, NO ASS
