Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As far as I am aware, it is not possible to set a devfs_ruleset (man devfs.rules) for a jail. This is a functionality which is provided by other frameworks e.g. ezjail.

Describe the feature you'd like to have
Having devfs_ruleset configurable with set-attribute

Luckily due to the generic nature of _POT_JAIL_RW_ATTRIBUTES this is easy to implement and PR will follow

PS: #164 could also been issued with a custom devfs_ruleset.
