Data upload overview

Uploading study data can occur at the creation of your study or later after study creation.

Wiki resources for data upload

Studies can be visualization portals, data repositories, or both. Certain files are needed for visualization and, if supplied, will automatically be used to build a visualization portal for your study. If these files are not provided, one can still have files and data available for others to download. If visualization files and other data files are provided, both visualization portal and data repository services are then automatically available. When a study is created, it can be set as private or public; this status also applies to associated data. Visit here to learn more about study/data permissions.
