Use Stopwatch.GetTimestamp instead of Stopwatch
Replace Task.WaitAll with the async Task.WhenAll - this should be a straight upgrade right? It has been a while since I read up on the difference
- Could Csharpier potentially use Paralllel.ForeachAsync here?
