  • 👋 Hi, I’m Arpan Biswas. I have completed my PhD from Oregon State University in Mechanical Engineering and minor Statistics.
  • 👀 My research interests are algorithm development for ML/AI and optimization methods, not limited to only data-driven but also with physics and human in the loop with focussing on various complex domain problems in the area of classical and quantum physics, FEA/CFD based multi-physical models for nuclear engg applications, microscopy, X-ray and neutron diffraction.
  • 🌱 After my postdoc at Oak Ridge National Lab for 3 years, I am currently working as a Research Assistant Professor at University of Tennessee.
