changes

  • autonomous file watcher was missing. Now it's there and does it's job.
  • changed the gauge claims_token_issued from a sliding 24h window to the current hourly rate in UTC (type: gauge unchanged)
  • added option for single prometheus exporter on path /metrics to mimic discoverable exporter
  • added short interval token renewal on connection: Allow to renew the token every n- minute
  • improvement HA selector algorithm in collectives with many controllers
