- renewToken logic improvements
- fixed: /login with accept header json would return nothing instead of data
- API version is always set to max version for the accept header when user claims token is generated (authentication). Setting it manually will eventually overwrite when token renewed.
- Web UI: on the index.html: added view on header API version, min and max
