- it's not from Streamline - it's more clear as to what it is (the old version was too similar to the outlink icon

This PR updates the Edit icon. The old icon was too similar to the outline icon in form and appearance with the paper background. This version drops the paper background and just uses the pencil, which is a very common symbol for "edit".
Also, this is one less Streamline icon (it's hand made).
