Fix/Add log

• Added emoji and used markdown markup in messages
• Fixed bug where two users could change each one's note texts
• Fixed bug when the user after adding at least one note couldn't change the time for a new one
• Fixed some bugs with states when you were able to change your timestamp while editing the note after misclicking on inline keyboard

Timezone fix

Fix notes

• TImezone is fixed. You can share with bot your time or location to sync bots server and your time. It was implemented using Geonames API

• Add delay button for incoming notes

First test release

First release and pushing bot on the server. Now it's being hosted free for 1 month but I believe i will continue to work.

Basic possibilities of the bot:

• Creating notes and time for them to come
• Getting cats =) (/cat)

Plans:

• Each note is forwarding your note message with all its files attached
• Fixing bugs
• Adding more usable UI
• To make button "Другая дата" work(
