Hello,

The commit, 9b1ff7d, has introduced an rpmbuild error.

rpmbuild -bb --nodeps --define '__python /usr/libexec/platform-python' --define '_topdir /tmp/amazon-ec2-utils/rpmbuild' /tmp/amazon-ec2-utils/rpmbuild/SPECS/amazon-ec2-utils.spec

Right; the dates came from commits that were merged in an order that didn't correspond to the timestamps...

Correct changelog versions and dates
f934a4e 
Pull requests amazonlinux#7 and amazonlinux#8 both added entries to %changelog but were merged in
reverse order, resulting in a changelog that wasn't chronologically ordered,
leading to rpm build failures documented in issue amazonlinux#10.
