Version 3.1

Okay, so this release will be featuring the new configuration file system for the GUI as well as the command-line, and it will also feature additional heart options for the GUI (but I'll still be the one designing: I apologize for my crappy graphic design skillz--I can't afford to have a professional do it, although I am friends with one such professional...). The GUI will also feature an additional menu item aside from options': it will feature an about' item.

I'm sorry about the due date, I'm going to be really busy for the rest of this week getting ready to move out of my current apartment and into my new one on Saturday. The few days after that will probably be spent just getting used to things, so I don't think I'll get much work done, but I might get a little done.
