The end to end test that runs on the new scheduler are flaky because of the asynchronous nature of temporal. The test have been remove from the build tasks in order to avoid disturbance for other devs (it passed in #9487). We need to re-activate them and make sure that the test are waiting for the temporal workflow to start.
