Hi,

I also propose here the Moon SD augmentation correction, due to difference between geo and topocentric SD. This is based on the Stark approximation formula. I updated the corresponding description.

Some further comment: there is some debate on how to use the augmentation. According to Henning Umland's excellent guide, when using moon SD augmentation, the augmented SD should be added to the measured H and then this total should be used to calculate Parallax in altitude. That means that a mere addition of SD + augmentation+ Parallax is not a correct way to calculate final Ho. Can you please hold on merging these patches until I can find out more about the best calculation procedure.

I will close this one: when using an augmented SD for the moon, then parallax has to be calculated from the apparent altitude plus SD correction. This has an effect of basically cancelling the augmentation. Although augmentation may be interesting to calculate, it has however no influence for navigation purposes when using the simplified method, where parallax and SD are added in an independent manner.
Therefore I will revert my patches and will not request this pull. Request #3 (adding sun parallax correction), however, still makes sense (if someone takes into account mars and venus parallax additional correction, then the correction for the sun is legitimate).
