Writes a Message for all in the Minetest-Chat if a real Time has reached.
This is ideal for Serverowner who makes their Backup with cron and want to warn all joined Player, that a Backup will soon start and the Server have to Shutdown for this.
The Mod supports more than one Alert, so you can define easy a Countdown for Example.
