Comparison Report: Add Web Vitals page #480

Add a Web Vitals page to the comparison report that compares the Web Vitals measurements of the two runs. Similar to the other pages, this new page shows the difference in percent and the absolute values as tooltip, i.e. no fancy bars and colors except the typical diff report colorization.
