…nding to the `run_cell` and `mask` bug fix in the code. This commit does not change any usage of the Stehekin example dataset, but now the variable and attributes are less ambiguous.

Updated image driver input domain and parameter netCDF files corresponding to the
run_cellandmaskbug fix in the code. This PR does not change any usage of the Stehekin example dataset, but now the variable and attributes are less ambiguous.
