eslint 룰 수정했습니다.
strict-boolean-expressions은 prettier와 겹치는게 있기도 하고 컨벤션상 쓰이는 구문도 많아서 없앴고 nextJS image 쓸 일 없어서 @next/next/no-img-element 이것도 없앴습니다.
