Implements the snazzy new [full website
designs](https://www.figma.com/design/iAMUzE09tnCg2yVMypOTk7/Website).
My schedule for this is roughly:

- [x] 17th: rough draft of homepage
- [x] 18th: cleaned up homepage
- [x] 19th: rough draft of other pages
- [x] 20th: cleaned up other pages
- [x] ~~21st~~ 24th: polish
