Description

Remove redundant listeners in Grid Model.

Motivation and Context

The LocalDistributor uses the GridModel. Some event listeners were common between the two and LocalDistributor in turn calls the GridModel methods for the same events, leading to repetitive calls for the same functionality. Hence the redundant event listeners were removed from the GridModel.
