Seismicspecific transactions insanvilaccording to the new spec:A new enum field
Seismic(SeismicTransactionRequest) is added to facilitate this, along with relevant types referenced fromseismic-alloy-coreIntegration test(s) reside in crates/anvil/tests/it/seismic.rs
